Information you send us
The enquiry form on our contact page asks for your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the service your enquiry concerns and your message. You choose what to put in it, and nothing on this site requires you to submit anything at all — you are equally welcome to email or telephone us directly.
We use what you send solely to understand and respond to your enquiry, and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Please do not send confidential client information, financial records or sensitive personal data through the website form. If a matter requires that, contact us first and we will agree a secure route.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing here that requires consent.
The site may use your browser’s local storage for small conveniences that stay on your own device — for example remembering a section you expanded. That information never reaches us or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Third-party resources
Typefaces and images are served from this website itself rather than from an external network, so ordinary browsing does not disclose your visit to a third party.
One exception: the animation library used for scroll effects is loaded from a public content delivery network (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Requesting that file discloses your IP address to that provider in the ordinary way that any request for a file does. The site works fully without it.
Pages link to external organisations such as the NBAA, the TRA and the Bank of Tanzania. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Server logs
Like almost all websites, the hosting server records requests made to it — typically the page requested, the time, the IP address and the browser identification. These logs are used for security and for keeping the site running. Retention is determined by our hosting arrangements.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter raised and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a professional firm. Where an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we do not retain it indefinitely.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@tagconsult.co.tz and we will respond.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
